These terms cover the use of instatools, a private tool that sends automated replies on behalf of a single Instagram Professional account operated by instatools.
When someone sends a direct message to the connected account, or comments on one of its posts, the service may reply automatically — typically with a link that was requested. Replies are only ever sent to people who contacted the account first.
The service is not used to:
Anyone may opt out at any time by replying with a request to stop or by writing to princekishorejiji@gmail.com. Opt-outs are permanent and take effect immediately.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of availability, delivery, or uninterrupted operation. It depends on the Instagram Platform, and may stop working if that platform changes, restricts access, or becomes unavailable. Messages may be delayed or not delivered.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this service, including missed, delayed, or duplicated messages.
This service uses the Instagram Platform under Meta's terms, but is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of Instagram itself remains governed by Meta's own terms and policies.
